The Eagle Nebula

The Eagle Nebula (Messier 16) is a diffuse emission nebula in the constellation Serpens. In the center of the eagle's chest is the the Pillars of Creation that were made famous in a series of images by the Hubble Space Telescope and later by the James Webb Space Telescope.
